This is an issue that bugs Winston and makes the Rooster scratch his head.

Today Rooster was driving in the city within which he shops.  He spotted a well-known homeless man with serious leg problems in his dilapidated wheel chair. Not only is it in need of serious repair, but the man uses it as his toilet.  Down the street came an elderly women with her bindles of sleeping rags.  Her hair was the normal twisted mess it always is.  Her appearance is dirty and smelly.   This is not unusual.  A regular day in a liberal run city.   The worst in California, is San Francisco where urine smells just about gags you here there and everywhere.   San Francisco is the most liberal city in the State. You do not have to look very far.   Look into any City that is liberally run and you will find the same terrible problem.  Honolulu always comes to mind.  Waikiki is filled with over 5000 homeless people living in makeshift shanties in the parks and elsewhere. Again the city is hopelessly Liberal.  Try to present a law in a liberal state to cure the problem and the liberals will shout you down.    Think about that.  They will not face the problem or even admit it is a problem.   They would rather let the disabled roll around in their filth without medical attention or a caring hand.  They seem to think there is no problem. True denial.

Recently Rooster was talking to a man about his brother who is homeless.  The man said it was his brother’s decision and that was it.   It is not his decision, but this an example of the denial.   The logic and common sense is lacking.

The problem with bathrooms and trans-gender, gays and women in the military are all part of the same screwed up thinking.   The classic liberal denies reality.  They live in a weird world where freedom to injure yourself and others is just fine.  The murders of aborted babies is just another part.  Their concept of liberty has no room for  social adjustment.

Rooster spent years caring for the homeless by use of the criminal system, where the hapless folks would be cited for some minor offense, and placed in confinement.  There the doctors could treat them, the keepers could see to their bathing, and clean cloths.  They would receive free meals and a place to sleep, albeit confined.  Rooster did this as a prosecutor with the help of judges and the sheriff office.  Liberals stopped this humanitarian relief and have left these disabled to die an early death neglected and avoided.  It is absolutely wrong to think these poor folks chose to hurt themselves.  For a variety of reasons they cannot help it.  Abandoned by family, Autism is a big cause. Drug abuse is another.  Just about any psychological problem you can think of pops up in some of them.  Oh, sure you can carry on a sort of conversation with most of them, but they are disabled.  They are not responsible. They cry out for society’s care and attention.  The liberals will not face the issue.  The problem is not in their comfort zone.

Logic and common sense says, every society owes a duty not to let the helpless fall into serious neglect.  For their sake and for the sake of everyone, they need to be identified, and cared for.  Society must take care of its own.   We are not talking about imprisonment, but we are talking about restricted movement so that the care taker can take care.  Not complicated.

Rooster’s heart goes out to these homeless people because they are mostly disabled and unable to care for themselves.  Tell that to a liberal and you will hear some babble about freedom of choice and space, as if most homeless had a choice.   

Every time you are confronted with one of these pitiful souls, remember a liberal is responsible for their neglect.  Conservatives see their social duty to care.

(OR: NOW YOU SEE HIM AND NOW YOU DON’T)
Understand, there is no international, national, or local place where you can register yourself as a Christian, Muslim, Jew, or Pagan. In fact in the United States, there can be no such place. There for, we must depend on what a man does rather than what he says. The Rooster read President Obama’s books, which he wrote before his campaign. In them he said (which is very significant) that the most beautiful sound to his ears was the Muslim call to prayer. In a Christian world that is very strange. We already know he was raised during some very formative years in Indonesia, the most populous Muslim country in the world. Most are Sunni. He has admitted, sort of, that he is Muslim, and certainly his early speeches in the Middle East and especially in Egypt to the Brother hood, he seemed to say “ I am one of you.” In his book he told us he would support Muslims over others. Rooster, has carefully looked for telltale signs of who is this guy. He is not who he says he is, so we have to depend on his conduct. Here is a list of some of Rooster’s observations of Obamas conduct which should convince any jury that he is a Muslim. This is on top of his own statements.

1. The first day in the Oval office he had the bust of Winston Churchill removed and sent back to England. Not to the Smithsonian. He did this because in the Muslim world, Mr. Churchill is held responsible for “Catastrophe” the rising of Israel. Muslims know the man most responsible for Jewish immigration into the holy lands was Sir. Winston Churchill. Obama returned the bust to England to say to the Muslim World, “See what I did for you”.He promised to release Muslim prisoners from Gitmo and has done so.
2. Obama immediately began appointing Muslims into his staff and in places of importance in the Government, where ever and whenever he could. Even Secretary Hillary’s trusted side kick was Muslim. Some estimate he has employed some 50 in very sensitive places in Government. Hope someone is counting.
3. He has avoided Christian events. He has not avoided Muslim events and has even had Muslim prayers in the White House.
4. He bowed to the Sunni Saudi King. The importance of this is, Saudi Arabia is the keeper of Sunni trapping’s, Mecca and Medina the two holiest cities in the Middle East.
5. The tract record in the U.N. has been to have our country vote in support of Muslim issues over Christian.
6. He has minimized Muslim killings and terrorists attacks in the U.S. as work place violence etc. The Major at Fort Hood who yelled Allah Akbar, was just a sick man. Obama refuses to admit Muslim terrorism in the U.S.
7. There have been many others, but the most important is very recent. Obama has orchestrated the delivery into the United State of Thousands and Thousands of Muslims, in total avoidance of Immigration laws. He has spent your money to have UPS convert airplanes to transport Muslims in the dark of the night, into chartered buses which take them to funded sanctuaries in Muslim communities.
8. Finally, he has, where ever and whenever, tried to convince the Nation that Islam is just another Religion. It is not. That is a lie. Islam is a world domination cult, which uses Religion to obtain blind faith. Its Quran declared war on all other beliefs and directs Muslims to fight the non-believers until the only way of life is Muslim. That is why they will not integrate. TODAY, London elected Sadig Khan a Muslim as Major. Such an advent should not be so surprising, since the United States elected one 7.5 years ago.

(OR: Where does it say minorities rule?)
Just in case you missed it, Obama’s administration is pushing to allow your privacy in a bathroom to be invaded by bodies of a different sex. Costume over reality. North Carolina is opposing it. That Governor needs our help. Here is why?
This entire matter is just one of the crazy things we are inheriting from the common sense deficient (CSD) liberals. Others are the invasion of the military with mixed sexes, invasion of Marriage with gays, etc. The list goes on and on. None of it is propelled by Majority rule. That is the problem.
Remember this Country and its States are Republics, not Democracies. The word democrat is the English spelling of two Greek words. Demos which means “the people”, and kratein which means”to rule”. A Republic is a form of government designed to check and balance the will of the people. That is why it divides the people’s power into Administrative, Legislative, and Judicial. That is why there is an electoral college in presidential elections and why we have delegates and conventions rather than a push button situation where everyone votes at the same time on every issue. History holds the record that people power can too often be corrupted be impulsive and be emotional to its own disadvantage. Oh! No, you say. Then why do good looks win over bad looks. Voting for a face or a promise is generally done without use of the brain. In a Republic the legislators must agree on new laws by a majority and in some cases by 2/3 vote of those present. That is some distance from people’s rule (demoskratein).
What the CSD ones have done to us is to run over the majority rule and impose rule by minorities. What is causing the Crazy Stuff is their blowing out of shape civil liberties and using the President and Courts, rather than the legislatures, to make law. Rooster really doubts that a free legislature would allow the mixing of hot blooded 20 year olds of different sexes in the military, and knows free legislatures would not have destroyed the concept of marriage, and gender in our public bathrooms. Debate, committees, lobbyists, petitions and so forth would have provided that common sense would prevail. Not always, but 90 percent of the time.
So what you have is a minority of people, demanding that even smaller minorities be favored over the will of the legislative majority. In the present makeup of the Supreme Court you have 4 who activate for these minorities, and not the will of the people. Each was appointed by Democrat Presidents and approved by Democrats in the Senate. A few Republicans agreed in the spirit of unity, but not in the spirit of good governance.
These invasions of majority rule are evil. Evil because they violate the rule of the majority, evil because they sow seeds of dissent, and evil because the end result will be chaos. The CSD ones do not see it. Hope you do.

You hear it all the time. Trump is causing a populist movement, or his attraction is just an example of populism. Always it is made to sound ugly. Well, Winston and the Rooster want to discuss that with you.
First, you need to understand what “Populism” really means in the political sense. To we, the historical nuts, Populism is a derogatory term referring to the French Revolution of 1789 to 1799. That revolution was ten years when France tore itself a new one. For those who do not remember. In 1789 France had a Dictator who called himself King. The country was broke after several wars and a couple of years of bad crops. There just was not enough sour dough, cheese and wine. The people hurt under the new taxes and less income. Using the American Revolution as their excuse the intelligencia ( Sic.socialist types) called upon the people to revolt and that they did. The people not only revolted they became revolting. Not only did they do in the Royal family and destroy everything Royal, they then began to eat their own. Up went the Guillotine and off went the heads of even the intelligencia (sic) The people’s leadership changed daily and became a national nightmare. When historians think of Populism they are reminded of this terrible time in France. The 10 years of chaos ended with another dictator, Bonny Prince Napoleon, a military guy who brought some peace. So much for pure democracy.
Is Trump in charge of populism?. The answer is no for many reasons. Yes, the nation has a pretend Dictator, but the pretend part is that he is not who he says he is and he failed to take complete power. Yes, we are broke, but congress has not overdone it yet with taxes. Yes, we have a fancy, stupid, bunch of folks who think they are intelligencia, but they have not lead the charge, and they won’t come out of their comfortable college temples. Trump is not the leader of this popular uproar, but he is riding the wave and taking advantage of “The Movement.” This movement is driven by disgust. Disgust with politicians and their hanger-ons who simply promise and promise, but only take for themselves. It is disgust over a black man who has let everyone down, especially those of color. It is disgust with our role in the world, It is disgust with the values of everyday life. It is disgust that these insiders would run up 14 trillion in debt while making too many citizens dependent on them. It is disgust with our weak military, and military leadership. It is disgust with the professors who teach failed socialism, It is disgust with the bureaucrats, and the double dippers who are ripping the system off. In general it is a big disgust with the entire rotten fish barrel. People, registered as Democrats and Republicans and others, want someone who will tell the invested to go to hell, damn the torpedoes, and yell, full speed ahead. That person is Mr. Donald John Trump, born in 1946.

(OR: Can’t you just smell rotten, when it’s really bad?)
In the news, April 12, 2016, Goldman Sachs Group bank agreed to pay 5 billion ($5,000,000,000.00) for failure to adequately tell its buyers of the health of the mortgages & other loans sold to them.
The rotten smell should be hitting your nostrils like a whirl wind. Since 2011 the federal government has made American Banks pay way over 106.55 billion in fines. Add the above and the figure available is way over 111 billion. This is just what is easily found. Rooster says banks, but you must remember these banks are owned by shareholders, who do not get the benefit of the money paid in fines or in the defense costs to get there. Really, a few of our citizens are paying the price. The bank officers do not. ( WARNING) Rooster does not have all the fines imposed by the Federal government on Banks. Cannot find them in one place. Best estimate it is over 300 billion since 2011.
Where the money goes is another very bad smell. When asked the departments will tell you, that after they take theirs (Warning) the rest goes into the U.S. Treasury. There is no accounting.
Let your nose follow the smell. You will recall the real estate collapse of 2008. It started its slide in 2007 peaked on Dec. 30, 2008 and carried through 2009. Obama took office twenty days after the peak.. The last bunch of years of the Bush administration the Senate and House were well under Democrat control. The Democrats had demanded (Bush objected) that Fannie Mae and Freddie mac accept loans banks would not otherwise have approved. This was the Democrats desire to let everyone (The poor, because the non-poor could already buy a house.) buy a house. This message was loud and clear and went through the lending world like wild fire through kindling. Rooster remembers selling a condo in early 2009. He received three offers and not one of them should have qualified under the old bank rules. To the Rooster it was obvious they could not pay. Rooster asked the lender how come he would approve them, and he said because that was the word from D..C. Get the poor into houses. Rooster almost pulled out, because he could see not only the future of such loans, but he could see the pain and suffering to the millions of people who would be foreclosed on when they failed to make payments. He did not. At that time he had to sell that property. The point is the whole thing was caused by Liberal Democrats like Senator Dodds and Barney Frank. They just wanted to give to the poor and let the rest pay for it. Well the rest is all the share holders of the big banks today. But the smell in 2009 was God Awful. Because of the loss of so many mortgages, do you recall what Obama did to the small banks? He and his went out and raised the bar of bank qualification and then closed a gazillion of smaller banks across the country. All their books of business were then pushed on to the larger banks. Remember? I’ll bet many of you changed banks because of what Obama did. Rooster certainly did. Recall Santa Barbara Bank and Trust. No more. Gone, but the smell lingers on.
Well let’s come to 2011 until today. The big banks were then held to blame for participating in the rotten loans the Federal Government had demanded. It started in 2011 when Bank of America ponied up 8.5 billion in fines. Yes for taking the loans the Federal Government set up. Then in 2012 Wells Fargo, J.P. Morgan, Chase Bank of Am. And Ally all paid 25 billion. You say Bank of American again? Don’t ask. Then HSBC was hit for 2 billion, and UBS for 1.5 Billion. Rooster won’t detail them, but the partial total in 2013 was 34 billion, 2014, 35.75 billion and Rooster does not have the total for 2015. Just in what Rooster can find the total is well over the annual budgets of most states and is almost the same as one of Brown’s budgets in liberal California.
So who has paid for the liberals mistakes? All the shareholders of all the little banks that were destroyed (Do not forget the thousands and thousands who lost their jobs.) and all of the shareholders of all the big banks . Who does not lose? Barney Franks and Dodds and their cohorts who started it, and all the Bank officers who would not fight the fight and let the people see where the real smell is coming from. If Rooster was the new president he would appoint Winston to conduct an investigation as to where all these fines went, and pull up all the cover-up mess, until the real cause is exposed. There is no doubt it would fall right into the lap of the liberal Senators and Representatives then in command. Why would he do that? Because it would be such a wonderful education for those around today.

Bet most of you missed this one. It was the other night on Fox News hosted by John Stossel. Rooster was under the weather and started working the T.V. He was lucky to come upon it. Winston enjoyed it, so sit back and Rooster will tell you all about it. If you search for Fox Business News, John Stossel you still can probably preview the show.
The Libertarian party is generally listed as the number three party in the U.S. It will have its convention on May 27, 28, and 29 at the Rosen Center Hotel and Resort in Orlando Florida. At number three it boasts registered membership of around 325,000 thousand. This is a bit off center, because they are not in some States, and membership and registration to vote are two different things. For example the GOP is number 2 in the U.S. with 41.2 million registered voters and the Democrat/Socialist (The American Socialist part disbanded in 2008, since the Democrat Party was taking all the air out of its sails.) party is the biggest with 43.5 million registered. These figures change daily as people in different states move from party to party. No question, by any measure the Libertarian party is tiny in comparison to the two major parties. As number three we still need to know.
Anyway John Stossel pulled together three of their Presidential candidates. There are about 9. He conducted a debate, with audience and all the trappings. The event size was considerably smaller, but nevertheless it was nice to see Fox cover it. His guest candidates were just three, Gary Johnson, John McAfee, and Austin Peterson. John Stossel was the sole moderator, but the responses were well done and informative. Their answers were pretty much the platform of the party. Rooster ( his pooka), Winston agreed that there was not one of the candidates who stood out as a barn storming, get out the vote type of guy, but they gave it the old college try. Let’s take a look at the major points made.
They are stanch supporters of individual rights and stanch demanders of little governmental interference with individual choices. Such things as the right to life, to speech, to action and to property. If you want to consume something you have that right limited by only injury to others. For example drugs should be the choice of the individual not the State. Religion or the lack thereof is inviolate. They demand Government transparency. The Government should be kept out of abortion. All the Bill of rights should be followed without qualification. In the world of economics, the State is limited to defending private property rights, adjudicate disputes, and provide a legal framework for voluntary trade. Government is prohibited from redistribution of wealth, managing trade. They support a clean and fresh environment in which they claim the Government is the worst polluter. Energy should not be subsidized. Income tax should be repealed and the IRS turned to dust, after a balanced budget amendment is passed. They want free trade and no governmental subsidies or guarantees. In the labor business arena they want freedom and no governmental interference. Probably means they support a ban on compulsory Union contracts, since they would violate individual choice. With health they want an open and free market. No Governmental run dole system for hypochondriacs. Retirement is an entirely free deal for individuals which means Social Security will be phased out and private plans encouraged. In national security, a strong military, but a freeze on foreign entanglements because we should not be an international peace force. As to immigration they have an interesting take. They are in support of free movement across borders with the Government simply providing restricted entry to those who pose a threat to security, health or property. (Pretty open) They condemn bigotry as irrational and repugnant So, on any issue they will opt for individual rights over governmental control.
In short, the fair thing to say is they believe freedom will ring the correct chord, if Government will simply get out of the way. They feel people in Government will continue to develop more power for themselves and they are opposed to this ego trip.

(OR: Gad Zooks, Its coming. Watch out, Watch out.)
Rooster is grateful for the few who ask his opinion on the upcoming election. For what it’s worth here it is.
The big gorilla in the mix, is the unknown number of gutless folks who will vote for freebies. Add those who really believe Socialism is the answer. Their number is at least 35 to 40 percent of all eligible to vote. Just take a look at the robots who send millions of dollars to Bernie’s socialist message. Add those voting for Hillary and you have just proved the 40 percent. If you are a democrat this is comforting for now.
This means of the available 60 % the GOP has to work like hell to get enough to win. We are not discussing political registration. We are talking people in general. Of the 60% a lot are registered Democrat, decline to say etc. They do not present a solid wall of support for the GOP.
Under todays, normal conditions any regular GOP candidate will never win with an overwhelming majority. Like Bush it will be a squeaker. In fact Obama never got an over whelming vote of confidence either, but his side is more solid that is the other. Union members, governmental employees, and folks receiving government assistance in one form or another will tend to support the status quo. The figures are all over the place, but you can rest assured they are an army of millions, and millions. How many will defect their personal interests is unknown.
Normal conditions are not what is happening today. Whether Bernie overtakes Hillary or not, the Democrats will put into play a Socialistic program. Clearly that line will be drawn for the first time ever. The word Democrat will fade. Socialist will dominate. Winston, my pooka agrees.
Within the GOP there is a great stirring in an attempt to field a winner against Socialism. It is a mix of those who see the problem and those who do not. There are only two who have the potential to be the GOP contender….. Trump and Cruz. The Rooster likes them both, but each will rule differently. Rooster believes both will follow the Constitution, but Cruz will be stronger in that support. Not by much. Trump is not a legal scholar but he knows how to listen and gather good advisors around him who are. He will do that. Cruz will be a stronger Christian, than Trump, but not by much. Cruz has the greater grass root organization, but these are not normal times. Trump will stir the caldron with a greater flourish. Cruz is not a good actor, but both are on the same stage. Cristie, who is a lot closer than most of us, identified the difference. He said Trump had a movement going and no one else did. A movement is needed to win. Deep dissatisfaction regarding our loss of liberty and freedom fuels that movement. It runs across party lines. Democrats of the old school are ready to jump ship. They will if either Hillary or Bernie fly the red flag. The fact that Trump can attract better than Cruz will be the deciding factor and it will come slowly. First the GOP will speak, and then all voters will have a say. Wisconsin was not the cure for Cruz. It was the GOP line speaking its honest mind, led by their hero Walker. No other state has that mix. Rooster has rolled the dice and it appears Trump will prevail. Personally he wants Trump, but for a simple reason. Trump took the time and investigated the fraud that Obama is. He did this during the first term. He has the evidence. This is why Joe the Sheriff endorsed him. It would please the Rooster for the winner to challenge the FBI to match and exceed what Trump and Joe already have regarding Obama’s lies and deceit. With that report he would simply have a congressman file it with Congress and make it public. That’s all. No impeachment. If it is carefully done and laid out it will shame a lot of Obama’s supporters to rethink believing what their leaders tell them. This could be the beginning of an education turn around. Next would be the elimination of the Department of Education. Trump is the better choice to do both. Of course once a president is sworn in things can change without warning. Dice are fickle you know..

OR: Understanding what “Allah Akbar” really means.)
Before we get into the nitty gritty of the subject, Rooster wants to introduce you to a Pooka. His name is Winston . He appears as e a very large orange cat. He attaches himself to Rooster where ever he goes. Never purring, but always attentive. If cats are inquisitive then” Winston” is the best evidence of that. His orange eyes can cut right through B.S. and enlighten truth. As with all Pookas he is mischievous. Do not be surprised by his appearance in the future.
Blind faith is not unique to Islam. It is a part of every religion. Even Buddhism, called by many a non-Religion, has blind faith. Evan an atheist has blind faith. His is that there is no God. Going beyond Religion, strong Faith is a very important part of the human’s existence. It can be faith in your spouse, faith a Judge will be fair, faith the sun will shin every day of your life. Faith may be as simple as the faith you have that the man coming down the street, to you. will not harm you. It becomes Blind when you will not question it or allow others to do so. Said differently, faith is a driving force of relationships. It is a glue that binds one to the other. Faith provides protection and answers for many. If you are a Christian you believe Jesus is the son of God and that is it. If you are Jewish you believe Jesus was not the son of God and that is it. Neither will allow disagreement. All of us, every day have faith in many things. To be able to question them without bias or prejudice, in a purely intellectually and logically way, is a talent few have.
Rooster has had a life long interest in submarines and the courage of those who serve upon them. Talk about faith, especially in the days of WW I and 2. He just finished a book titled “Suicide Submarine” It’s Japanese title was, “The Keiten Weapon” and its author, Futaka Yokota. This man trained as a carrier pilot in Japan in WW 2. He received word of the need for volunteers for a new and different weapon. He volunteered knowing it probably meant he would die with the weapon. Already he was aware of Japanese pilots who were willing to crash their planes into enemy targets. His new task was to navigate the Keiten. The Keiten was a torpedo with enough space for the volunteer to sit inside and steer it to their mutual destruction. Now the Japanese, during WW 2 and even now were mostly Buddhists. Their relationship to their Emperor, their Country, their Families was hugely focused. One might use the word fanatical. There was no end to their sacrifice, without question, for their homeland. It was not just the “Divine Wind” of the Kamikaze. It was in the foot soldier on Guadalcanal who threw himself into the bullets of U.S. Marines, and these Keiten drivers. Their Blind Faith in their place was so great, death meant nothing if it helped. Today Muslims are not welcome in Japan.
The strength of faith is everywhere. Just driving a slow car on a freeway is filled with faith. No religion has existed without it’s presence and abuse. Saluting the flag and singing the national anthem, is part of developing national faith.
But all things in life must be in balance or they will spin out of control and crash. The same can be said of faith. Just look at the cool-aide which was given by the right Reverend Jones. Every day, in every way, people are becoming aware of a chilling effect when someone crys, “ ALLAH AKBAR”. The human who yells that his God is Great”, is also saying yours is not. His is a cry of deviance and challenge. It is a bad example of blind faith.
Whether it is the Communist Chinese charging the lines of our Soldiers in Korea, or the men who fell with Custer in the 7th Cavalry, or the soldiers and sailor of any war who have faced the fanatical charge of their enemy, there is but one solution. It is either them or us. You do not reason with Blind Faith. The Koran demands Blind Faith, if you are a Muslim. There is no middle ground.
